Enquiries and contact information
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, phone number, email address, product or category of interest, message, and any company name or quantity you supply. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss products or a quote. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Email delivery and website hosting
The website is hosted on Vercel. Email submissions use Google Gmail when the service has been configured, with delivery to rajasthanmachineryjbp@gmail.com. Your email address is used as Reply-To. A submission is reported as accepted only when the email provider confirms acceptance; this does not guarantee inbox delivery. If delivery is unavailable, your entered information stays in the form so you can retry or choose WhatsApp.
Enquiry details are not stored in a website database. Email providers and the receiving mailbox process and retain messages according to their service settings. Messages are retained while needed for the enquiry and any resulting business records. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Spam prevention and security
The enquiry service validates submissions and uses a hidden spam field, a minimum completion time and request limits. Request limits use a temporary hashed IP counter in server memory. When configured, Upstash Redis stores a hashed IP identifier and a short-lived request counter to enforce rate limits. The application does not intentionally log enquiry text or email credentials. Hosting providers may process request logs, including IP addresses, for security and service operation.
WhatsApp and other external links
WhatsApp links open a message prepared from your enquiry details. You review and send it yourself. Opening WhatsApp, Google Maps or your email application involves the selected service and its own privacy terms. A location search link is provided; no Google Maps embed is loaded on this website.
Optional analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only when a valid measurement ID is configured and you choose “Allow analytics”. If analytics is not configured, no analytics script or banner is loaded. Your preference is stored in your browser. You can change it using “Cookie preferences” when analytics is enabled.
With permission, Analytics receives page visits and events for successful enquiries, WhatsApp clicks, phone clicks and quote clicks. The application sends no names, phone numbers, email addresses or enquiry text to Analytics. Page URLs sent by the application exclude query strings, including preselected enquiry products. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled by the website configuration. Google may process device, browser and network information and set analytics cookies after consent. The deployed GA4 stream must have enhanced measurement disabled to keep collection consistent with this policy.
